Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for course cancellations, reschedules, and refunds for all training courses provided NV Training. By booking a course with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. Participant-Initiated Cancellation

• More than 15 working days' notice: Participants who cancel their booking with more than 15 working days' notice before the scheduled course start date will receive a full refund of the course fee, less a 10% administrative fee.
• 6-14 working days' notice: Participants who cancel their booking with 6-14 working days' notice before the scheduled course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
• Less than 5 working days' notice: Participants who cancel their booking with less than 5 working days' notice before the scheduled course start date will not be eligible for a refund. In this instance, the full course fee will be forfeited.
• No-Shows: Participants who do not attend a course without providing prior notice will not be eligible for any refund. The full course fee will be forfeited.

2. Rescheduling and Transfers

• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule a course must be made in writing. Rescheduling requests made with more than 15 working days' notice will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 15 working days' notice may be subject to an administrative fee of £20.00.
• Transfer of Place: A booked place can be transferred to another individual within the same company at no additional charge, provided the request is made in writing before the course start date. The original participant is responsible for ensuring the new participant meets any course prerequisites.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellation

• NV Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrolment, or other operational reasons.
• In the event that we cancel a course, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered either a full refund of the course fee or the option to transfer their booking to an alternative course date. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

4. Payment and Refunds

• All refunds will be processed within 10 working days of the cancellation request being approved.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Force Majeure

• NV Training will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, or pandemics.
